Sleep Inn Midway Airport Bedford Park

They charged me the smoking fee of $250 and I don't smoke; much less in one of their rooms. Their main office (?) said they couldn't do anything about it. Not the first time I've had issues with this ghetto hostel. It will definitely be the last.

Staff were terrible, food and selection poor. I was charged for smoking when I quit 5 years ago. I stayed last winter and they didn’t shovel their parking lot and got a ticket for parking on the handicap lines. If you can stay somewhere else. Don’t waste your money

Front desk staff are amazing. Monique the night auditor is a lifesaver and we appreciate all the help she gave us. We recommend this hotel! Rooms are clean, Beds are comfortable. Housekeeping were helpful and kind. They have an airport shuttle too.

I thought I would give this Choice Hotel brand hotel a chance. It was an epic failure. The checkin process was painfully slow (I was the only person in the lobby). The overall appearance of the common areas was rather « grimy ». The hallway on the floor I was on smelled like a dead skunk. The room appeared clean. The elevators were slow and seemed to need a bit of missed routine maintenance. I did not stick around for the free breakfast. Another thing that struck me as odd, my rate was under $100. Yet the put a $100 hold on my card for incidentals. In my opinion, was a bit extreme. I will not stay at this property in the future. Good luck to you, if you do.

I stayed two nights first night no problem!! Second night huge hidden fees and total was different from the previous night before!!! No explanation just what is expected!!! Rooms are extremely small 1 ⭐
