Kiera at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. I guess she could feel that we were visiting and immediately helped us with everything we needed to know. From now on I know where I will be staying whenever I visit Chicago again. I greatly appreciate it!

My stay was great. Kiera at the front desk was super helpful and the concierge was also very proactive with my luggage and airport transportation. The bedroom is very comfortable, the pillows a bit tall for my taste, but I had restful sleeps, the shower has good pressure. It was a great stay. I'll comeback in the future.

Went to visit my mother grave was having a somber day but kiera made are stay so pleasant and lifted my spirit. I'm big on smell upon entering the lobby the fragrance was wonderful I knew the room was gonna be exquisite top tier service thank you so much kiera

Our family went stayed here as we went to the convention close by. It was perfect for us and close enough to the convention that the trip was ideal. Also, staying at a hotel that some of the convention guests were staying at is always a plus. Would absolutely stay here again! Kiera provided exceptional service.
