No room service, which should be prominently advertised but isnât. I had a loud room - air vent in my room was a direct sound tunnel to neighboring room - it was weird and really sounded almost like someone was in the room with me. Room was on the small side. Hotel is clean, new, looks reasonably nice and is conveniently located. But thatâs not enough to get me to come back given the other issues.

The stay was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that housekeeping is not honest. I left my yellow gold diamond solitaire necklace on the nightstand in the room, and it was not reported to the front desk or returned as a lost item. I will not stay here again.

We attended a wedding at the union league club of Chicago and it was only a two block walk. Our room appeared to be recently renovated. The room was large, clean, and the bathroom was modernized. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the room darkening shades. The front desk was friendly and efficient.

Always great customer service at any hotel Iâve been to so far. Iâve been to the Hyatt Centric Loop specifically twice so far. I feel like they are great with young customers. I always have great service even in overseas location, so I truly believe hospitality is deeply valued with Hyatt.

Great location on the loop. Near metro and shopping. Really enjoyed dinner at Burghoffs a block away. Clean and modern rooms. Concrete walls so no noise. There was some construction on lower floors that made gym access a little awkward but overall loved my stay.
