Took off stars for one employee. The woman who checked me into this hotel was horrible. She had a nasty attitude and was rude. It was actually quite a shock considering I have had some of the best service at Hyatt hotels. So, this just tells me that one rotten apple can really hurt the bunch. Get her off the front desk because everyone else I encountered at this hotel was great.

The room was so nice, clean, and comfortable! It was nice to have 2 beds with a pullout so my 2 kids got their own beds. Breakfast had great variety, too. Our favorite part was the free EV charger in the parking garage we were able to utilize overnight.

A very well-run hotel. Management treats staff well, so the staff treats the guests well. The breakfast is very good, would be great if the eggs were fresh and not always scrambled, but hey it's a small—but very well-run breakfast operation.

Great experience with the room, amenities, parking, and location. The room was exceptionally clean. Blackout shades are on every window. The location is in the middle of a quaint small downtown with plenty of entertainment options. The breakfast was the typical fair. I liked that they use washable plates, cups, and silverware.
