Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Buffalo Grove Deerfield

Ms. Paulette was great, very helpful, informative. I was there for a 1 yr. I was on a job assignment. When covid first hit. We had everything we needed. I ENTIRE BUFFALO GROVE AREA WAS ON POINT. GREAT STAY IN 2019

Great they all smoke outside and not in the room. Our room had a full refrig; microwave and a 2 burner stove. No pots or pans, so bring your own. The room was Oldish and warn. It appeared clean but don't walk bare foot on the carpet. The bathroom sink had pitted rusty spots, but the bed was comfortable and for a 1 night stay it was good. Behind the facility is a Woodsman grocery store so we stopped for supplies. Location was great for us, we needed to search a bit for a fast food place, but the area seemed safe. There was plenty of parking and it was well lite.

After driving for almost 3 days we checked in at the Buffalo Grove, Illinois location. We were exhausted. Mandy, the manager, made the whole procession quick and easy. The room is very clean and spacious. Mandy and her staff were quick to provide anything we needed. I hope Mandy receives recognition for her outstanding service. The staff are awesome too! I strongly believe the amazing service we received is due to Mandy's superior managerial skills. We highly recommend this Extended Stay in Buffalo Grove Illinois. We've been here 2 weeks. More than likely we will be here another 2 weeks or more while we are house hunting. Because we are happy here we are able to take our time finding our new home. What started as short stay, ended up almost 5 months It was very pleasant and the people were unbelievably nice and helpful all the time Especially the manager, Mindy, she went beyond and above her job to help and keep me comfortable Definitely will recommend your place Michael Perelgut

Overall, it was what we expected for Extended Stay. Just check your room for air fresheners before you unpack. The manager told us they use air fresheners to get rid of the smell of the food that was cooked in the room. Unfortunately, the room had the stench of an air fresheners for the entire stay of a week. The manager did offer to see if another room was available.
