Wost hotel I have ever stayed at. Mold was all over the breakfast food and the staff did nothing about it. Rooms were dirty. Talk to customer service and they said they called the manager onsite and they did not find mold 2 days later, really crazy everyone found mold that day then randomly the manager says they did not have any mold. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My room was ice cold due to gaps in the walls where the ac unit is shottily installed. House keeping stole jewelry out of my luggage. And the management sucked and dodged me until my work trip ended. Horrible place to stay purely run business.

Hands down worse hotel experience ever. When I checked in, they gave me a room that someone was already in which startled and shook up both of us. I asked the front desk how that could happen which they couldnât explain and I asked them to contact the other guest and apologize from them which Iâm pretty confident they didnât do either. In addition I asked to have the GM contact me which he or she never did, and lastly after checking out on the app, I got my bill will numerous additional charges from the bar and restaurant. I gave them a chance to discuss before writing a negative review, but again, the GM never did and donât think the staff really gave a crap.

I enjoyed my recent stays here. It meets all the expectations of a well-kept Garden Inn location. Nice rooms, well kept reception/common areas, friendly people. Indoor pool and attached restaurant were great. It can be priced a little higher than it's neighboring similar hotels depending on the time of year. But other than that, had nothing but positive feedback for this place.

The staff here were on it from the moment we arrived. Service was 5 Star!! Our room was lovely spotless and beds and linens very nice, beds very comfy. We grabbed a glass of wine and enjoyed the spa and pool area. After a restful nights sleep, we had a small gathering bridal shower for a friend. The staff rocked it!! Attentive to every detail of our needs. This is the place to enjoy a weekend event or even an extend stay with friends and enjoy the shopping and entertain the area. We will be back BRAVO!!
