Does not adhere to brand standards. Refuses to grant late checkout though it is guaranteed per the Marriott Bonvoy T&C. When I highlighted that I am a Titanium member, they doubled and subsequently tripled down flat out refusing to give any late check out whatsoever. Also, on the app and website they have posted that the checkout time is 11 AM, however, the back of the room door states that check out is at noon. Avoid unless you’re a glutton for punishment.

i stayed here for one night and wished i stayed in another property. after check in my husband and i were gone all day until the late evening. getting ready for bed is when i noticed the trash under the bed and then the blood stains on the comforter. i called the front desk and Nick said he could move us, but i told him we are only here for 1 night it was already past 9:30 pm and i would rather have my points i used to book this room credited back to me. i did ask for a new laundered comforter which i think as given. Nick said he had spoken to the assistant manager who said no she can only move us and provide 5,000 points. to stay at this property i used 13,500 points. i don't think it was unreasonable to ask for the points back as part of service recovery. I didn't even have a chance to share that the sink wasn't draining, and there was a hard piece of plastic on my pillow over the zipper that made it difficult to sleep with because it kept poking my face. i then spoke with the GM Tammy, she told me she couldn't go against what her asst manager decided. i told her again i was leaving in less than 12 hours, pecking up and moving late at night wasn't a good idea that i would rather have my points i used to book this room back to me. Tammy kept going in circles how she cant go against the decision who assistant made and to make a complaint with Marriott. tammy stated it didn't matter if I made a complaint with Marriott because it was gonna go straight back to her and she was gonna tell me the same thing that she told me in my telephone conversation with her in an email she was the top decision-maker, even over corporate Marriott.

I’m here as of right now on a business trip, I’d like to say the room is very spacious, and has a lot of amenities. The front desk service from Tammy is just terrible , the only person who has been helpful would be the night time guys who aren’t disrespectful or unpleasant. I had called in the morning to request house keeping mainly for towels ,( I’ve been staying here for three days already) I did bring my daughter with me and wanted to bathe her I waited three hours until I called again and Tammy answers the phone only to say “ housekeeping went to your room and you denied “ she then proceeds to tell me the room they went to and it was the one next to me again another inconvenience based off inaccurate information from the phone call due to her catty attitude and rushing the call. Overall everything else is good she just needs proper training and communication skills to improve a better atmosphere in the front.

We have been staying here for about 15 years, whenever we come to the Twin Cities. The family asked if we could stay somewhere else next time. I'm getting older (79), and the shower is a little difficult for me. It's in a tub, and the sides are rounded. This, there's only a few inches of flat surface in the tub. There's a handrail, but you have to turn around to access the shampoo and body wash. The room was worn with stains on the sofa. We started staying here because it was close to MOA, but the kids are grown and we don't go there much anymore. In the last year they started charging $10 for parking. They have no new expenses related to it. The parking area has always been there and always will be, so it just seemed like a money grab. It's also not a smart idea, because I heard several people complaining about it during our three night stay. It would have been better to just raise the room rate by $10, because most people wouldn't notice. Telling guests they have to pay $10 for parking seemed like a dumb management decision.

Hotel room was nice and clean front desk on Friday night were great. However Saturday morning breakfast was absolutely terrible. We came down at 9am and there was nothing. I mean NOTHING. oh wait, yellow oranges and 2 boxes of crap cereal and two hard bagels. The potatoes were not cooked and cold yet in the warmer. The eggs were runny and there was no meat. No syrup, no orange juice and the place was a mess. When I went to the front desk she stared at me and then walked to the back and pointed to a man in a black sweat suit. He said whats the problem. I said can we get some fruit or something. He brought out green bananas. My husband asked for a manager you brought out some syrup but she didn't speak at all. I then asked for some cereal. She was not verbal but brought out a box and proceeded to put cereal out. The front desk throughout the day had earbud in, didn't look anyone in the eye and actually had their back to us as we walked out. I emailed customer service about this and they emailed me back and gave me points on my account. Who cares. For $400 a night with breakfast included there should be breakfast! Not to mention I was there for the State Special Olympics in Bloomington and my daughter was an athlete and she had no breakfast! I expect way more from a Marriott hotel.
