Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Chicago O'Hare South IL

Stayed one night and left our car here using the park sleep fly package. Front desk was so incredibly nice and helpful, and even upgraded our room! Parking was good - plenty of parking spots. Hotel was clean. Shuttle was great and ran on time! Limited free breakfast was out as early as 4am which was nice. Very convenient and great for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites! From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for better service — thank you, Peter, for making our stay so memorable! We’ll definitely be coming back!

We would NEVER stay at this hotel again! I paid in-full for our park-n-fly online but the hotel made us pay for parking. The bathroom in our room had hair on the counter and floor. We went to go use the hot tub and the pool room was as cold as it was outside (didn't seem heated) and the hot tub water was absolutely filthy, it was brown and stuff was floating it in! Shuttle to the airport was ok after I had to ask a few times about the shuttle taking us. However, when we arrived back from our trip we ended up waiting over an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick us up! Absolutely the worst experience using a park-n-fly ever and we've used it a lot. If I could give this hotel ZERO stars I would. Save your sanity and go with a better hotel!

This was a family get away for Spring Break. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of space in the room. The pool was a bonus! We all enjoyed the breakfast. They had eggs, biscuits with gravy, sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles and juice. Something for everyone!

I stay here every time I fly out of O’Hare and I have a flight that either leaves super early in the morning or comes in super late at night. They are professional and courteous. The rooms are always spotless. The breakfast is always great and the subtle is always a positive experience which is so wonderful when I get back to O’Hare at midnight and I’m tired and just want to get to the hotel. I highly recommend this place.
