Baymont by Wyndham Chicago Alsip

Rooms are nice..hotel is clean. Some updates are needed. Overall safe clean stay. Didn't stay for breakfast. Staff you can tell is there for a check nice but no since of hospitality. Will stay again. Plenty of shopping and nice place to eat in area. Close to toll road and expressway.

Excellent service, was asked several times if I needed anything. Vicky did the best job getting me checked in and extending my stay. She was cheerful and had a smile on her face the entire time. The room was comfortable but small, not enough room for two beds. But all the niceties made up for it.

Bed comfortable and pillows nice. Front staff was friendly and compassionate. Very cooperative when a need is asked for. Room cleaned and loved the shower with glass doors, sliding doors and being large in size. The convenience of a fridge and microwave was good also. Used doing the night time for leftovers and didn't have to leave room. Tv had good channels to watch.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Looks like newly remodeled. We had a double queen and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have had at a hotel. It was a dog friendly hotel with easy access and area to take the dog in and out. They even give you a doggy treat at check in.

The beds are so comfortable. I been staying here for years. I have family in the area and visit often. The hotel is a little older but very clean. The staff is awesome. The room has shampoo, conditioner and body wash made by Dove and is a great scent, cucumber. So moisturizing and smells great! Great Chicago food close by also. Would recommend. Good hot breakfast in the mornings and free parking.
