David and John were awesome with food and drink services, the room was nice and clean, and the location is convenient (at least to get to AXPONA). We stayed here after the Doubletree by Hilton across the street overbooked ours and other guests' rooms.

The level of caring and concerned that everything goes right as above what I’ve seen elsewhere Quality of the food - attention to details They really act twice they care and are concerned that you will come back again These people should be doing training at other hotels

John was an incredibly welcoming and accommodating bartender during our weeklong stay of business meetings. We arrived on a Sunday and were there for three days and nights, always in the bar in the evening, and he made us feel like valued guests

This hotel was awesome! We utilized the pool and the exercise room. Both areas were clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This was my first time in Schaumburg and this hotel is right in the middle of all the attractions. This hotel would of received 5 stars BUT the girl at the front desk asked like she didn't want to be at work. We were not greeted, she didn't ask if we needed any assistance while we were browsing the mini market, and she didn't make eye contact. Above all we enjoyed our stay.
