Super 8 by Wyndham Jacksonville

Burn holes in the blankets and in the bed ,smells so bad, the floor was soaking wet before we even opened the door, dirtiest room I’ve ever seen, dirt everywhere, painted over spider webs, the walls are dirty, the towels looked used before we used any of them,doors didn’t lock, when I left I was super itchy. I don’t even know why I even stayed here in the 1st place.

first there was ice on the parking area and was told to park on otherside of building if they would have thrown salt on it that would have taken care of the problem. the heater in the room did not work very well, breakfast all i seen was 1 packaged roll, there was no coffee pot or alarm clock in the room if you advertise them then they need to be there. bed spread had burn marks, paint was chipping off the walls. at least the bed was comfortable

The room was clean and had a fresh aroma. The staff was very respectful, helpful and was eager to assist with me with the do-not disturb sign so that I may rest. Super 8 Wyndham in Jacksonville, AR honored the room reservations that was reserved on booking. Upon arrival I was honored the room I reserved.

Overall great location. The rooms are moderate could use some updating. The cleaning lady Alejandra is awesome. Definitely stay again 😀 It's right next to Walmart which is a plus. The night auditor and front desk lady where helpful and professional.

Absolutely horrible first off they charge my card multiple times when I was asleep the only reason I came to this hotel is because I was trying to save money they barely have any breakfast the only thing is they have is cereal they used to have bacon eggs and cheese until the new owners came they've been doing so much new stuff and they want me to always have room service every 3 days I work at night I need to sleep in the morning
