Renaissance Chicago Glenview Suites Hotel

I have stayed here twice for business. It's a good sized and comfortable all-suite hotel. The suites have 2 rooms. The front room has a couch and a wet bar. The back room is the bedroom. The hotel is always kept clean and gives a good impression when you walk through the doors. Bathroom is always clean. You do need to drive to any eateries or shopping. Next to the intersection of I-294 and Route 21. Rooms on the highway side are quiet.

I have stayed here many times and it's the only place I will stay when I am in town. The staff makes the hotel is the MAIN reason I continue to come back. Unfortunately my recent stay was do to a family death and needless to say I was not in a great state of mind. Both Jason and Riley exceeded my expectations. They both were patient, understanding and accommodating to my needs. BIG KUDOS to the both of them!

The service was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles and the beds were very comfortable. There was a pool table which was fun to play as a family. I would recommend this location while visiting glenview, Chicago.

As a frequent traveler, I love staying at this hotel and do so every year when visiting the Chicago area. Chicago hotels can be ridiculously expensive and parking downtown is insane. This property I believe was a former Embassy Suites as it has the atrium layout and all rooms are two room suites with a separate living room and sofa bed. As always, I will list the PROS and CONS. PROS 1. Free parking 2. Free breakfast (with Marriott status) usually a buffet. 3. Clean rooms, separate living room, refrigerator, microwave 4. Good location, 15 minutes from O'hare Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. 5. Friendly employees. 7. Great value. I paid $111 a night, downtown Chicago was north of $350. CONS 1. Workout room could use an upgrade. Some cardio machines out of order and some free wights missing. A Peloton would be nice. 2. Indoor pool, but no hot tub. Cheers! Marius

We loved the hotel! The price was reasonable considering we did a late booking and the room was very spacious and nice. Sandra, the front desk who checked us in was very accommodating. She was able to answer all of our inquiries and she had a very pleasing personality. We really loved the customer service Renaissance offers. Will definitely come back here 🎉
