Level Chicago Old Town

Everything about this property is perfect. The view, the amenities, my unit was 5 star in every way possible. The front desk staff for every shift was awesome. However Tiara on graveyard is always one step ahead and very helpful. She helped me extend my stay 4x within a 20 day stay. When it came time for me to reactivate my key, check in and re-sign the contract for my new reservation she always had it ready the night before. The best part of it all, I never had to switch suites to another one! There are places I've stayed at in the past who had me pack up my belongings to move to another suite that was exactly like the one I just left. Tiara saved me the headache and stress by keeping me in the same unit. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for helping my stay in Chicago stress free.

Level Chicago, a chic and spiffy new hotel in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood, doesn't remind old-time travelers of the Drake Hotel or the Palmer House. But it offers all of the comforts of home--and more. Located at 1140 North Wells Street, in Chicago's trendy Old Town neighborhood, it is a modern, polished all-suite hotel in a high-rise building featuring an outdoor swimming pool and spa and city views. Available for nightly and extended stays, Level Chicago--Old Town also offers a fitness center, hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna, games room, 24-hour guest services, outdoor courts, bike rental and secure parking in an attached garage. Guests can choose from a spacious studio or one, two and three bedroom accommodations. Furnished apartments also are for rent. The luxury apartment-style hotel suites, which range from 560 to 1,200 square feet in size, include fully equipped kitchens and in-suite laundry, King or Queen bed, wifi, open air balcony, housekeeping, air conditioning and flat screen TV. In the lobby, there is an all-day Dialtone Coffee and Wine Bar. Level Chicago also has locations in Fulton Market in the West Loop neighborhood and River North.

Horrible experience and I have given management several opportunities to reach out and have been ignored. We returned to our hotel room at 11pm on a Saturday night, and the guests across the hall were loud and partying. We figured it was Saturday, so no big deal. However, these guests became so unruly, banging on each other's doors, screaming, threatening to fight each other, that the front desk staff had to come up 3 times to ask them to quiet down. Finally, at 4am and on the third visit from front desk staff, the police had to escort the remaining guests out of the hotel. We got no sleep from the loud guests and the entire hallway and our room smelled like marijuana. The next morning, I talked to the front desk staff, who assured me management would contact me. Two days later, I emailed management, and two days after that, I called the front desk, who again said I would hear back from someone. Over a week later and clearly no one in management cares about our experience. Do not stay here if you want any kind of a restful night!

The 1 bedroom suite was fabulous! It was a full kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans. Bath robes provided. Beautiful views of the city. Game rooms, workout, areas, steam rooms and more! I will definitely book with levels again! 10/10

Uncomfortable cheap mattresses and bedding. Cheap appliances with poor installation and design. Management not used to VIPs. Better off staying at a large luxury hotel chain for the same price. We did not enjoy staying there. The area and the city were nice though.
