TownePlace Suites by Marriott Twin Falls

Now this is how hotels should be run , and it’s a credit to the company the staff they have employed. We were on a 3 week holiday from Australia, and stayed in many much more expensive hotels, but this was honestly our favourite, great big clean rooms , great happy to help staff , lovely facilities, and a cracking breakfast .

The front desk and customer service was horrible. I was billed twice for the same room and after complaining to the manager, I was told there was nothing they could do. It has been over two weeks now and still no release of the wrong hold on my card.

This hotel is great! I’m not sure why the ratings aren’t higher. The staff was friendly and provided an upgrade as a Platinum. The living room area of the one bedroom suite is large even with the sofa bed in use and the kitchen included an oven. Standard TownePlace breakfast was filling.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk clerk, Kalina (or Kaline?), displayed friendly customer service. Check in went quickly. We were impressed with our accommodations. The room came with a full refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave and dishes. The bed was comfy. The pool’s temperature was perfectly set. The pool is available 24 hours a day. When passing through Twin Falls we will plan on staying here again.

We loved this hotel. It is fairly new but not brand new. Friendly staff, pet-friendly, breakfast wasn’t huge but it was definitely enough. Nice large rooms with kitchens available. Gorgeous spot. 5 Stars and we would stay here again for sure.
