Motel 6 Meridian ID Boise W

I got charged twice for one night stay. When I arrived, I had to wait at least 2 hours because they could not find my booking info only that I had a reservation. Clerk called the manager named Emily, and she was worthless at resolving there issue. The Clerk working finally re-took my card number for payment again so I could get a room , 2 hours of waiting. Got home and found I had been charge twice at two different rates. I called the Meridian motel 6 manager Emily and she was absolutely worth less and would not, and would not help me. Also when I had checked out in the morning no one was at the desk and I did not get a receipt. I again called from home and asked them to send a printable receipt. They failed again . I had to call the manager again several times and they kept telling me she was out at a store. Then they told me the manager, Emily, told the clerk there is nothing she can do to resolve their mistakes or get me a receipt or refund my double $$ charge. Emily the Meridian Idaho manager is completely incompetent and refuses to correct their mistakes or help their customers. Also the room was ill equipped and a failure compared to other motel 6s I stay at Avoid Motel 6 Meridian Idaho, its a scam

Flattest grossest beds, manager is rude and will listen to your conversations while you are in your room. Cops showed up about three times while there to arrest people. People living in the lobby and sleeping on the couch. Drug addicts everywhere

Pillows were hard and when I requested more I was told they didn't have extra, the bed was also hard I also requested another blanket and I was told they didn't have more. I wouldn't recommend to others who have arthritis (including myself). 😔

This is hands-down the nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. And the front desk/manager Emily was extremely polite and very helpful. Nice TV with lots of channels a pool and Jacuzzi coffee in the morning Compared to other motel sixes I’ve been stuck at. It’s really quite shocking how nice this one is. Again, thank you Emily for your help this morning

I had to stay here for quite awhilebandbin my time of staying here a young gentleman names Carlos was so polite and made my trip so special! I felt like i was at home away from home. This young man deserves a raise and a praise for his hard work and dedication to stiving to be better in every way.
