Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites

We. Have been on the road a month and this was one of the best BW we stayed in. Tasteful, spotlessly clean rooms. Very quiet no freeway noise, patient check in staff and well positioned in Jerome opposite a mall with Walmart. We ate at a little plain Chinese rest called china garden just down the street good food. Be aware pool is closed for upgrading. The breakfast has a lady cooking your eggs as you wish even filled omelets. This was a real treat. Would stay again it is great value for money.

This place is great! Clean, friendly, pet friendly! Great breakfast that would cost you $50 at any restaurant. Brandon the manager was helpful when we had an issue with our third party reservation. Will stay again! 5star stay on the cheap!!

Room run down, carpets filthy, Bad odor. Pool was an ice bath, hot tub not much better. The only thing holding this place together is the staff. How many hotels are owned by Best Western? Throw so money into this one, sell a yacht or two and upgrade this place.

Stayed here cuz it was more budget friendly. But there’s too many dogs also staying at this hotel. Dogs in rooms on of both sides of us and barking. One room seemed to have at least 2. Too bad there’s not a certain section of rooms only for people with dogs. Quiet is nice.

Dog loving, not people friendly. Too bad if you have allergies. Don’t be so offended when a customer asks for a non-pet room! The room was clean, but smelled like dog, probably coming from vent system. Dog poop on the sidewalk… it would be really nice to consider a completely separate area for dog people.
