SpringHill Suites by Marriott Island Park Yellowstone

When we checked in at the front desk, Jennifer took excellent care of us. She was courteous and helpful in ways. We had not expected. We were very pleased with our service. She was even able to provide us with valuable Yellowstone Park information, which was our next destination. Thank you, Jennifer!

Jennifer was super helpful to get my reservation and the best room in the hotel. The view in the third floor was jawdropping during April 2025. This is a good Marriot hotel to be close to West Entrace of Yellowstone. Thanks Jennifer you are the best!

Mr. Chris the night Audit was amazing!! He was professional, He welcomed us with a professional/caring attitude. He got us in fast and efficient. 😃 Ms. Elizabeth is very genuine , she goes above and beyond taking care of everyone, She made sure that all families we taken care of before closing the kitchen area. She was cleaning up and monitoring the entire situation. She is a true treasure!!!! Very kind, professional, and a great leader. The world needs more souls like her. 😁 This is the 5th time we have stayed this winter and every time it was wonderful, we come from a near by community (BigSky) to the north and the customer service is horrible compared to I.P. Keep up the amazing work!!!!! Just drop the parking fee🤦

We only have good things to say about our regular visits to this particular hotel. The staff are always friendly. In particular, I think of Jennifer and Sam. We’ve also had great service from others. The facility is clean, the hot tub is large and always hot and clean. We enjoy a cold dip in the river when we’re feeling adventurous. Yes, in the winter time! We love the endless hot chocolate bar and we enjoy playing billiards in the lobby. It’s always a pleasure to stay here.

Jennifer at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. Her kindness was infectious and she had the best sense of service. I ran into a small incident and she was able to assist me and put my concerns at ease. All of the service staff were on a mission to ensure that we had a great experience.
