Very clean, lovely view. Restaurant downstairs was excellent. Food was delicious and staff were super friendly. Rooms are also very spacious and the beds are large king sized and very comfortable. We had a restful night. We had a river room and it was nice to wake up in the morning to look over the river.

I have just left this hotel after a very bad experience here. This was a one night stop on our way to Yellowstone. We checked in and went to our room. Our room had a very strange smell but I thought nothing of it and we went straight out for a walk and lunch. Up on our arrival I could still smell the same scent when we arrived and it was coming from the air con unit which was on the floor. We tried to switch the air con off but the wall thermostat didnât seem to be working so I switched it off near the mains plug was a button and that switched it off. I went to ask reception if we could move room but she told me they were fully booked. She offered for maintenance to come and have a look. When maintenance arrived he was holding air freshener which I thought was really odd. I thought he came to try fix air con. He offered to spray the room with air freshener or told us to put air con on and off when needed which didnât help and he left. I went back to the same receptionist and she told me our room smells because we are opposite the indoor pool. She was almost arguing with me and also accused me for dismantling the thermostat in our room which wasnât true. Her behaviour was not only unhelpful but totally shocking. She offered me a fan and I excepted but when the fan didnât come my husband went to ask and she criticised me to my husband that I said too much to her and that I was thinking about whether or not I wanted the fan. I have travelled the world but I have never encountered this kind of treatment. Very very rude avoid. Oh I donât expect a response from anyone as all of your negative reviews have had not one apology.

Very friendly, immaculately clean, comfortable hotel. The AC worked well and the beds were alright. The bathroom in particular was spotless and the shower warmed quickly and flowed nicely. Most importantly, the staff reached out to make sure that I was comfortable and had what I need. As business hotels go. This was solidly good.

TERRIBLE BEDS...worst I have ever tried to sleep in...and management doesn't care if you complain. I've been a loyal Hilton customer for over 30 years and have stayed at 100's of properties in 25+ countries. Trust me when I say the beds at the hotel are the worst I have ever slept on in my life. I even tried sleeping in the chair. I would have asked for another room if my wife was not sound asleep after a long day's drive. I asked management for a refund on the room and was told tough luck. They even advised me that I should have woken my wife at 2 am and had her move to another room (about an hour process). Larry Wolf is the manager at the location. I expected much more than being brushed off. This attitude tells me they DON'T CARE if they have TERRIBLE beds. They just don't understand that the most important item at the hotel is the beds. If you can't have good beds, get them or close the property. If you are looking for a good hotel in that area, go to the Marriott down the road. Great hotel and staff, and the beds are the best in town.
