The reception area was large and comfortable. The location was really good. We had a lovely meal at one of the restaurants nearby and enjoyed a walk around the historical downtown area. I liked the parking being on the floor where you could use your key to get straight into the hotel room. We were given an adaptive room which Iām not sure why as we didnāt need it and I did not like some of the adaptions. The plastic seat for the bath, the exposed plumbing under the sink as the door had been removed and the curtain for the wardrobe. I felt the linens were of a poor quality and the bed looked a little creased.

Excellent service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable. Will come again. Recommend to others. Great for families with a fun indoor pool. Location was unbeatable, not far from airport and close to many eateries and shops.

Reserved a 2 week stay and it has been very delightful staying at home2suites. Definitely customer service based. I always get acknowledged and greeted by any staff. Chelsie has been exceptional very cheerful and processional. Thank you for providing excellent recommendations to tour while in Boise. Definitely a home away from home vibe here at home2suites. Home2Suites never disappoints! Our hotel was clean and check in was seamless. They had some of the softest sheets and comfiest beds. Chelsie at the front desk was amazing!!! She gave us so many recommendations around the city and was so sweet to provide us with water and snacks. We will be back whenever we visit Boise next!

The hotel was great! We loved Chelsie at the front desk!! She was a fellow Californian and gave us all the fun things to do in downtown. Loved the lil tea and coffee set up in the lobby too! The location was so great and super close to all the bars and shops
