Budget Inn Boise

I am very disappointed in this hotel.the pet fee was increased from 25 dollars to 80 dollars when I arrived. This is not what was quoted to me when I made this reservation. The manager came out and was discourteous and even demeaning. When I chose to not continue ue with my Reservation she rudely told me to be on my way. I was very polite and Profesional throughout the interaction, and did not deserve the rudeness. This is not a good choice for a hotel in the Boise area

Weirdest experience of my life, it’s 9 am and two guys come in rearranging my room, then the owner comes in and starts screaming at them in front of me while I’m just trying to eat a burrito, (i filmed it btw) then she storms out and is screaming on her phone in the parking lot. The two guys looked scared, and 30 minutes of my privacy was wasted. The place smelled like cigarettes only one channel on the tv I never got my deposit back and I think everyone that works there is clearly on meth, even the owner it’s obvious. Worst motel in Boise no doubt. DO NOT BOOK.

The owner is crazy.. like, legit- screaming, threatening crazy. I went to check out of my room but was met with a very nasty Indian woman who screamed obscenities at me because…. I asked her “why?” When she said I need to wait for the housekeeper to check my room before I left. She then locked me out of the lobby and told me she’s going to charge me for damages to the room! A night on the street would be better than a night here.

Absolutely the worst place for a stay. Filthy floors, ripped barely holding together blanket that was stained with blood and disgusting filthy bathroom. I could not bring myself to shower during my stay. The worst part was the very mean idian lady at the desk who screened and slammed the door on me mid sentence because I asked for the wifi password.

I had just gotten out of hospital and it was so late my friend and I didn't want to drive back to La Grande Oregon. It had been a rough time. We saw this motel and was so tired we just wanted to sleep. I checked in and paid cash. They wanted to charge a $50 deposit on a card. I've worked in hospitality services for years and will not put anything on a card if I can help it. The guy at desk told me cash was fine and said it was $84 plus $50 deposit plus my friend had a small dog so that was $25 deposit. This woman that must be owner ran out and said no price was room was $90 and had to paid by card. The guy at desk did stand up to her and said no I told her this price and that was what he was charging. Anyway we get to room and it was nasty. Holes in bedspreads not vacuumed wash cloths looked more like cleaning rags. I had to pull the nightstand out to plug in lights on the wall and there was dirt food etc. If we hadn't been so tired and stressed I would've demanded a refund and left. I did get my deposit back!! Been to stay away if at all possible!!
