Comfort Suites Idaho Falls

Very large room with king size beg, couch, two desks, two chairs, two night stands, bench and a balcony with two chairs and table, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Across the street from the falls. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The clock was the wrong time and couldn't be changed. Could walk to restaurants.

Room was amazing! We had a high-level room/suite with a balcony that allowed us to see the falls from our room, as well as the rest of Idaho Falls looking southeast. We stayed for one night as a stopover having just come from Yellowstone and still unsure where the rest of our travels would take us. The room and hotel grounds were immaculately clean. Everything in our room worked; room was well-appointed; and bed was super comfortable. The location was great because we were across the street from the falls and close to restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a coffee shop. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place. A really big room, and well designed, too.Floor to ceiling window, which is so unusual in American hotels, and a decent sized sitting area. Quiet, comfortable, and such a feeling of space. Breakfast was OK, the reception was warm and welcoming. It has been remodelled very well indeed.

This hotel does not properly clean rooms. The carpet & couch are stained all over, the bathroom has mold and the scum on the shower walls is disgusting! the walls of the shower look as if its not been cleaned in years. Doors were banging all night, windows are old and the howling from the wind and noise from the busy hwy made it impossible to sleep most of the time. The staff could care less about accommodating guests to a nicer room on the quieter side with a view unless you pay the upcharge which is a joke since the hotel was only At about 25% capacity from what I saw. I used to like staying here and became a choice hotels member yrs ago but will no longer return. Had I not been so financially strapped I would've left and got a new hotel for the same rate but they already had my money and waiting days for a refund wasn't going to work.
