From chick in to check out, was a great experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms, in a clean and well stocked breakfast area. Always my go-to when I'm in town on business and I'm never let down with the service and personal touch that I get every time.

Counter not clean, sheets had hairs on them-we had 2 beds. Heated Pool water was very cold & the hot tub had been down awhile but not mentioned on web page nor when makibg reservations. Low noise from highway. Hot breakfast foods were good. Beds very high & had to jump up to get on. Beds were comfortable and quiet.

Room was dirty a when we checked in. Breakfast was substandard even for a hotel breakfast. Find some where else to stay. You'll thank yourself for reading and heeding this review. This was one of the most expensive hotels our company paid for this year and by far the worst.

I would not stay here again. I requested a room with 1 king size bed and was placed in a room with 2 queen beds. (did not inform me of the change), no elevator, breakfast was cold and not good, room smelled like stale smoke but it is a non smoking hotel. Everything felt damp but it was a very humid weekend.

One of the worst experiences I have had. No elevator. Rooms dirty. Found chips and candy wrappers on floor. Internet only works part of the time. Very poor breakfast. Do not stay!!!! Hard to find help at front desk. Manager very rude. Definitely stay away.
