Eagle Ridge Inn

the comfort inn (old super 8) was good , nice location , would stay there again but book direct not thru a travel site , what i did not like was the fact if i couldn't go or had to cancel, i would not get money back and there was no contact info with trip adviser to talk with anyone

breakfast was nothing much, toast, cereal, waffles and coffee or juice. stayed 2 days and always went somewhere else for breakfast. internet connection was a pain. phones connected ( iphone and Android) but Samsung pad would not. Rooms were clean. No USB ports in room. Room coffee was awful.

They actually honor the Wyndham Rewards program and provide free upgrades to Diamond members when available. I travel extensively and am a Travel Professional. I simply will not stay at hotels any more that do not honor the perks and rewards of their Rewards programs and this Super 8 did a great job. They did not provide the welcome gift bag/amenities but that is not a big deal to me. Providing a room upgrade is a big deal and they honored it. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the desk set up very well for work. The room was also impeccably clean and the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was so-so, but not bad. I would definitely recommend and I would certainly stay there again.

On a road trip? Need a clean and safe place to sleep instead of a rest area inside the car? I would highly recommend this one in Le Claire. The staff super friendly. The place, super clean. Why not 5 stars? Well, it's a 4 stars for me, it's not a 5 star vacation spot. But in the world of road trips and one night stays, this place would be a shining 5 star resort.

Clogged toilet, no public restroom, management didn’t seem to care. Maintenance guy was nice and seemed more caring than manager. Check your fridge and microwave to see if they are working because ours was not so food and drinks were no good come morning.
