Breakfast was the first issue. Nothing was out hot I had to address this with the front desk then was ignored. Second issue was upon packing and getting ready to leave housekeeping attempts to barge into my room without even knocking and announcing themselves. Extremely disappointed.

Came in with our Softball team and was forced to book as a stay and play. The hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. The lobby was small we were asked not to hang out there because the lobby was for hotel patrons only. The staff was rude. This was not a great experience.

We are reward’s members and stayed here with our team for a big race going on in town as did most of the guests at the hotel that weekend. The hotel did not seem prepared for the event, which brings nearly 20,000 runners to the area as well as others for the festivities. Breakfast was not served in time for guests to eat before the race and there was no grab and go option so we had to go out and buy our breakfast ahead of time. When my child asked for a plastic knife in the morning, the employee said they could not give anyone anything before breakfast was served. We travel a lot and stay at hotels frequently and thought that was pretty pathetic customer service. In addition, we were charged significantly more than the quote we were given on our reservation confirmation. The hotel also was not open to letting us check out a little late if we weren’t back from the race in time, which is supposed to be a perk for reward’s members. We did end up getting back in time, but housekeeping came knocking at our door even before the check out time. The hotel itself was clean though the hot tub was not working but the customer service made our stay very disappointing and we would not recommend staying here and will look elsewhere in the future.

Stopped after a long day of traveling cross country along with our dog. Holiday Inn charges a 50 fee for “deep cleaning” for a pet. I certainly hope the room gets deep cleaned because when we entered the room there was hair all over the bathroom floor, mold in the grout of the shower, and little bugs on the a/c unit. Disgusting! Do not stay here. The woman at the front desk who checked us in was friendly. Everything else…yuck

This hotel is horrible. The front desk employee was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. My room was gross. I found food on my bathroom floor and a hair and stains on the ac unit. Just look in the corners of the room and bathroom and you can tell no one cleans the rooms. The hot tub looks like it’s growing bacteria.
