The room was extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel did not offer continental breakfast, but they had a morning coffee bar, and were just steps from multiple Kona restaurants for breakfast. Our balcony had a partial view of both the ocean and the mountains. The staff were always available and extremely kind and helpful. We were able to borrow beach towels and chairs for several days. If we ever return to Kona, we would definitely stay at the Pacific 19.

I had a very pleasant stay and felt well taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Staffs were friendly and hotel location is close to restaurants and stores - getting around is easy . I would definitely recommend Pacific 19 Kona to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kona. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location is particularly handy and beautiful! It's easy walking distance to many restaurants, snorkeling at King Kam beach and shopping. I love the availability of beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Only (1) annoyance: Fridge is chock full of alcohol for sale.

great spot if you don't want to be at a massive resort. morning coffee was delicious and the daily yoga class was wonderful. rooms are clean, simple, and I appreciate a generously sized fridge to accommodate snacks etc as the property does not have a restaurant (no biggie, Quinn's is right next door along with other restaurants a few steps away).

Excellent, kind, beautiful, welcoming staff from Checkin to Checkout. Very Comfortable Room & the beds were so dreamy, I immediately fell into the best sleep I've had all week. NO bad vibes or egos here. I'll definitely stay with Pacific19 again!!!!
