Checking was okay but service was kind of disappointing. I requested an iron and ironing board twice, and it wasnāt delivered to my room. I was told by the front desk that someone will be taking of it. Iāve been coming to Maui for vacation, off and on, staying in the property and I liked it, but this was the first time I requested for help but nobody deliverer. Nobody call to let me know whatās going on. I am in the business of customer service, and I know how much itās important to take care of our customers, after all without the customers there wonāt be jobs.

Perfect location in the middle of the island. All major destinations are equidistant to the hotel. The rooms are very nice, the pool area is amazing, the restaurant is delicious, the staff are lovely, and the view behind the hotel is breathtaking!

Stay in the updated tower! Very nice! Clean and pretty and new! Staff very attentive and Friendly. Loved the grounds, pool and very safe. Enjoyed the Roosters and the little harbor beach just steps away from Poolside. Super clean and comfy.

Staff here were wonderful. We had a short visit. The shuttle driver was friendly as can be. Pam at check-in was super sweet. What a nice way to arrive in Hawaii. Weāll be back. Close to whole foods and a great little coffee shop within close walking distance.

Great welcoming staff. Wonderful location. Fun pool deck area with multiple seating options and fire pits. Comfy bed and nice linens. Loved the simplicity of the rooms and patio yet it had everything we needed, the hand steamer was a nice addition.
