Coconut Waikiki Hotel

Stayed there for when my family member was in the hospital at Queen's. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was great. Tucked away from the loud noises that typically accompany Waikiki accommodations. A very short walk to Waikiki beach and conveniently located to Ala Moana Shopping Center. I was so impressed I am returning next week for a longer stay.

This is a great convenient location in walking and driving distance to many locations in Honolulu and Waikiki. It's a few blocks away from a food truck camp that serves breakfast and lunch. The front staff and valet are all friendly and great. Valet service was speedy. If you're here just for a place to sleep and views aren't important, definitely get the city views. If you want a water view, there's windows in the corridor for that. ;) Incredibly happy with this spot.

I’ve stayed at the Coconut Waikiki multiple, multiple times. Every time I’m greeted by the friendliest staff and the cleanest room! This particular time I came to town for my daughter’s baby shower. It happened to be Valentine’s Day weekend and there was the cutest towel heart swans and Valentine’s candies on my bed when I got to my room. All the extra touches are what keeps me coming back to The Coconut Waikiki! See you in June!

Hidden away in a residential neighborhood, the tranquil property offers a more intimate escape than nearby mega-resorts. Clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the canal. Only 10 min walk to the Waikiki Beach. Friendly staff 👌🏻

Fantastic affordable hotel in a very good location. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street where there are plenty of food spots. Easy check in and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was a nice little bonus! The staff were great and helpful. You can hire for free beach towels and chairs which was handy as rental at Waikiki beach is about £40 for two chairs and an umbrella. There is also a handy ABC store at the of the street. My only suggestion is the rooms can do with an upgrade. They are a little dated and though we had a suite, we felt the suite could use a little TLC as they have so much potential. Overall fab stay, thank you so much!
