Best Western Plus Executive Residency Rigby's Water World Hotel

I brought 24 students and 2 teachers in addition to myself for an overnight stay. We were treated like royalty. The manage, Mike Davis, was present and engaged. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms and facilities were very nice. It was a wonderful experience.

Excellent room very clean and spacious. Easy drive from the freeway. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Price is very fair and reasonable. Plenty of shopping areas and places to eat nearby. Breakfast stays open till 930, which is a little longer than most hotels during the week.

The check-in was really easy. Didn't have any problems there. The staff is great the ladies at the front desk were awesome to deal with the room was clean. The couch was a little bit wore out in the room but that's okay because I wasn't staying in the room a whole lot during the day and watching TV. The breakfast wasn't really much to get excited about. The upstairs bar is a nice simple bar that you can enjoy sitting outside at. And the ladies at the bar were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend if you're going to Warner Robins to stay at this Best Western the overall experience was great and it was probably the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at. And also if you are going to Warner Robins and you like Japanese steakhouses look up Zen. That place was amazing. Had to throw in a cheap plug for them because that place was good😁

There are excellent customer service people and then there are exceptional ones. Best Western Plus of Warner Robbins has an exceptional one, a true partner working on your behalf....her name is Shakiyla! I stayed overnight on a trip to Mississippi and, as in all previous stays, the room and facility was extremely well maintained and immaculate but Shakiyla really made the difference.... from her greeting at the door to her assistance with my reservation to her invitation to visit their bar on the 5th floor, for "finger foods" or to order from "Walk-Ons" next door! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were so friendly and professional. The breakfast was superb and tasty. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable - especially the pillows! The hotel was centrally located and a lot of restaurants and shopping stores were all around. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay!
