Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Valdosta GA

Hotel reviews are all about expectations of the brand. We stay at country inn because of the larger rooms, they’re CLEAN and fresh, staff members are friendly, usually have an indoor pool, and their breakfast is above average for being free. Our stay here in Valdosta checked all those boxes! Not sure what else we could have asked for.

Attention to Choice Hotels Members or others booking reservations at this hotel. THe Desk Clerk ripped us out of bed at 1:45 am and insisted that a credit issue be dealt with immediately -- could not even resolve this over the phone, despite being a Choice Hotel Member (since 2014) with my credit information on file. Our night was ruined! Apparently patrons have snuck out in the early hours without paying. This hotel should seriously consider altering their registration protocol. Our complaint was noted were told that we could speak with a manager in the morning. Being Saturday, no manager was available and the Cleaning Lady became the Spokesperson! Only a lame apology from the hotel was sent in a follow-up e-mail days later and no further compensation was offered. On top of that, the final Hotel receipt was US$30+ higher than the confirmed reservation, never did find out why the discrepancy. I am absolutely FURIOUS at the lack of Hospitality the Country Inn and Suites in Valdosta, GA has shown and will think twice before booking with a Choice Hotel again.

What an amazing team!! Shout out to Dominique C. And Ms. Lane in particular. I've stayed in more than a couple of hotels, and my stay with Country Inn&Suites was the top notch. Amazing staff. Courteous, professional, and always working to help the guests have an amazing experience.

Excellent staff and stay. The beds were squeaky and not as comfortable, the bathroom needs an update and had mold in the shower, but the room and hotel was remodeled nicely. The hot breakfast was nice and the staff were amazing. Love that we could bring our pups and they enjoyed the stay!

20 family members had a great stay for a Christmas gathering to see the lights at Wild Adventures. The staff was hospitable, warm, and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The heated pool was warm and enjoyable for all of the grandchildren and adults. Nomi and the manager made some special requests we made posdible and were so helpful. Our family had a great stay.
