Motel 6 Tifton GA

This place has alot of potential. It’s located right off the highway, but it is tucked in behind a gas station so you may have to look for it. The rooms are OK, but there were no plugs near the bed so I couldn’t plug in my phone. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there’s a really nice pool outside. Like I said, the place has alot of potential. It wouldn’t hurt if they did some renovations to the rooms.

I am a Platinum Wyndham rewards member. The owner-manager at Microtel in Tifton cancelled my reservation because they overbooked rooms. It was 10 pm at night. I would have to drive to at least Valdosta to find a hotel as other hotels in Tifton were all booked or did not accept dogs like my rescue dog. I took a chance by driving to this Motel 6 location. There were two signs on the door that stated "NO HOT WATER" and "NO ROOMS." I took my chance and walked in as it was already 11 pm. I asked the owner manager if he had any rooms. Luckily he did! It was $75 for the night. The Super 8 nearby wanted $120 per night! I would give this Motel 6 one star since the room was like a slum but I added another star because the owner manager let me stay for $75 with my rescue dog for the night.

his hotel was perfect. Very helpful and respectful front desk staff over the phone and in person. Clean and affordable, nice room. The bed was so comfortable and room was spacious. I got this room at the last minute. Definitely would stay back again. Have tried other hotels in the area but this one was the best for the price and great Restaurant next door.

Was what you would expect for the cheap price. Our expectations were low and correct. We booked a nonsmoking room, but when arrived we were given a smoking room. We noticed immediately and when we notified staff, we were thankfully moved to a nonsmoking room. Rooms were mostly clean and beds were comfortable enough though even the nonsmoking room smelled funky. Again, what you’d expect at $75 a night.

Liked · loved the smiling faces at check-in, was a breeze. The RESTAURANT is EXCELLENT and 10% off if you stay at Motel 6. The beds were comfy with clean sheets, the bathroom was spacious and the landscaping was fabulous. Don't know why negative reviews but seems like the best hotel in the neighborhood.
