Red Roof Inn & Suites Thomasville

Horrible experience, will not stay here again and this WAS our go to for FSU football games. Crackhead at front desk was not available, we had to call and wait about 10 minutes before he showed up. Said we had 3 rooms and paying separately, he rang up 2 and the 3rd was for a lot more, reservation was for an additional night we didn't book. He had to call his manager to fix. Get to our room and it was dirty. Ripped pillow case which when asked for a new one he gave us a queen sheet and said to wrap it up.

Reserved a room through Expedia to help family nearby after Hurricane Helene. After leaving from South Florida we attempted to call numerous times and got no answer. We called the corporate number and were told that there was no power at the location. Not wanting to stay at a place with no power, hot water, etc. we attempted to cancel. Expedia pointed me to the location and they refused to refund my stay. Days Inn in Valdosta do, but Red Roof refuses. I called and spoke to a woman who was adamant that they are there 24/7 but yet did not answer the phone. Very rude, continued to raise her voice about cancellation times and expected me to pay to stay in a dark, and from what I’ve read, roach infested room. Do not book here. Especially through Expedia.

I’ve been staying at red roof in Thomasville ga since January ’24 and It has been awful every time. Towels missing, roaches in my room, dirty toilets and sinks, tv rarely work and now they’ve went up $30 on prices it’s ridiculous and nasty. The front desk lady was extremely rude to me yesterday on my birthday, she dressed extremely unprofessional and was not even working her boyfriend was. He was kind. She yelled at me and threatened me about not being able to request a late check out anymore even though I’ve been doing so since the first day I ever stayed here because I typically don’t get into my room until late due to work. I spent hundreds of dollars every month/week with red roof and I deeply regret it. They charge (now) $97 for less than 12 hours in a dirty dingy room with HORRIBLE customer service. From the front desk to house keeping they are all rude and ugly towards customers for no reason. I personally have worked in the hotel business (nicer hotels) for over 6 years. I worked housekeeping for years and then as the house keeping executive so I know how the position works and they most definitely abuse their “power” and disrespectfully are very rude to customers even regulars like myself. The manager Brittany sat back with kids running around her office and loudly and let her front desk associate off duty talk to me like I was a child. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with red roof and their staff all the way around. Renee was the BEST employee they had and sadly they let her go. I’ve stayed in many many hotels in many places and red roof felt like home at one point and they have absolutely ran it in the dirt. House keeping isn’t doing a good job. Front desk doesn’t know how to treat people and they’ve started charging out the wazoo for dirty dingy rooms. I’d suggest the rose garden to anyone planning on staying at red roof.

Great hotel. There is a lot of long term stays but for the price and location it was amazing. Manager and front desk lady were both really nice and great to talk too. No breakfast but they do have a variety of tea and coffee. There is a vending machine with a variety of items and for a good price too

First of all the roaches were bad the tv in room didnt work, and 1 towel in room for 3 people . This is the nastiest place i ever stayed in ,PLEASE STOP THE MONTHLY STAYS SOON IT WILL BE JUST LIKE THE SERENA INN BEAUTIFULL MOTEL STOP IT WHILE YOU CAN VERY NASTY BUGS EVERY WHERE
