Stayed here for work in the area and it was awesome. Probably sounds a little cheesy but I do a lot of traveling for my work and a nice hotel to come to at the end of the day can really make a big difference. Service was great from the start, room is nice, clean, and well kept. All my accommodations were met as well as a great location.

I had a problem with a reservation i made with Hampton Inn in Statesboro GA, I contacted Hilton and they said they could not help me, that I would loose my deposit. I kept after them and then they told me to contact the Hampton Inn in Statesboro GA where I made the reservation. after I had talked to them, they gave me my refund from the first reservation with no problem. If anyone ever makes a reservation through Hampton Inn in Statesboro GA, go through them for any problems that may arise with that reservation, I can personally guarantee they will help you to your satisfaction. They are great to deal with. If I could give them 6stars I would

We were in town for a graduation and we had an awesome experience at the Hampton Inn! Faith was so friendly and helpful in setting us up with our stay and making sure that everything was taken care of and I cannot thank her enough! As an additional note, the breakfast was pretty decent

Jasss was super friendly and made excellent recommendations for dinner! The Eagles Creek Brewery was inly a couple miles away. Then had fun at Gators & Gypsies after! Thank you Jas for the local knowledge! Very warm and welcoming team at this Hampton Inn!

I reserved two rooms for two nights at $137/night/room. Bill was supposed to come out to $589.45 (tax and fees included). I was billed an additional $294.22 that was labeled tax recovery charges and service fees. Ironically, the "extra" charge was more than additional rooms for two nights. When inquiring about the fee, I was told it was for cleaning fees and other assorted services. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay, and yes, the reservation was made on the Hampton Inn website.... Avoid the Hampton Hustle...
