If I could give less than this I would! The customer service is absolutely disgusting! I have been staying here for 3 days and everybody I have talked to in the office is BEYOND disrespectful! Nobody caters to the customer! I paid for the most expensive room on property (including smoking) and the toilet floods, there are roaches running across the floor, and the wifi has been down just about the entirety of the time I've been here! The hotel staff refuse to accommodate me, as I've just walked to the front and asked to be moved to a room where it does, one of the housekeepers informed me the free wifi is completely complimentary and not guaranteed. I asked for their names (an indian pair) the man said Enda and he said he would not give me the woman's name for my review! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ROOM, DO NOT STAY!!!

Hotel was by far the absolute most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I booked for 2 nights and would have left night one if I had thought I could have received a refund. I felt very uneasy and unsafe as there were numerous people roaming around the complex seemingly living in the rooms long term. In my first room the lights did not work so I had to go get switched. The second room lights worked but it was clear probably why they wished they did not. Only shined the light on how filthy, from the floors to the walls and everything in between the interior really was. The towels were small, rough, and stained. The sheets were stained. I put a t shirt over the pillow case because I was not 100% sure the bed linens had been cleaned since the last time the room was used. My point is if the staff does not feel comfortable and safe working the front desk during the day that they have to use the night checkin area then you might think twice about your safety as well. The loitering type guests were riding the luggage carts around through the parking lot like an amusement ride. This place should lose the Red Roof logo as I would be embarrassed for them to represent my company. I have pictures of my horrible room which look nothing and I mean nothing look the pictures on the website. Complete false advertising. Best advice tear this place down to the earth and sell the land to someone that would like to build a real hotel there.

Place stays clean very nice employees love it anything that needs to be fixed it gets done Bob is very nice aj and all other housekeepers make sure you have what you need 😀 the outside stays clean no trash unless some ones lazy and don't want to go to garbage but I love it

The room was nice and clean the front desk was nice people bob was helpful the hotel was clean around property and I stayed a while and will go back because the location is a very good location around stores close to ball park pet friendly and everything was clean
