Hyatt Place Atlanta Cobb Galleria

This is an excellent Hyatt Place property. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is in fine condition and very clean throughout. Breakfast was very good, room in very good condition. Also, this hotel was an especially excellent value due to there being no events (e.g., Atlanta Braves) going on during my Friday night stay. Thanks!

Very clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Due to weather we were stuck inside of the room more than we would have liked, but being that it was so clean, and nice we did not mind hanging around one bit. We will look for more Hyatt Place hotels in our future trips

The staff was friendly and nice, but the bed and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, I had issues with the room being serviced. I had to ask a couple of times and then when it was cleaned, they did not do a thorough job. Oh, and the breakfast was bland.

Overall a fine option but it was below my expectations. Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Walkable to The Battery, but not super close. As for the downsides- the bathroom is TINY. The door barely gets past the toilet and getting into the shower is awkward because the toilet blocks half of the shower and the door into the bathroom gets in the way of the other half of the shower. The water temp in the shower was barely above warm both days (and showers were what I assume aren’t peak times 1pm and 4pm).

The location was very convenient for the events we were attending. The hotel overall was clean and the room was larger than average. The room was clean except for the area around and below the AC unit. The vanity/sink is in the room with the toilet/tub/shower separate with a door that swung in and cleared the toilet by less than an inch, making it difficult to get into the space. The shower had OK water pressure - plenty of hot water. You could hear other rooms when they flushed or ran the shower which was not good when trying to sleep. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was better than we anticipated with fresh berries, yogurt & granola as well as steel cut oatmeal and other hot items. Overall an OK stay.
