Kasa Altmayer Savannah

Very close to a lot of shopping and delicious restaurants! Also easily walkable to a lot of the historic sites. The apartment was clean and easy to access. While no parking is available on site there are plenty of garages close by and never had any issues finding a spot.

Great location, the room was perfect- everything we needed to have a comfortable place to relax in between exploring Savannah. Bed was super comfortable, awesome pillows. Love the mobile lock and unlock feature- super convenient. Good security with the front door as well.

Great bed, very clean, open space... The air conditioner could not be adjusted and 74° was a little too warm even in April. Thank goodness for the ceiling fan over the bed. Shower was good and hot, but a coffee maker should be in the unit as most people bring coffee making supplies. We did and the "Steeped Coffeebags" were subpar.

Buyer beware - no onsite service = no service. I’ve stayed here multiple times, was one of the first actually. While the price is nice and the rooms are good, the headache dealing with support if you have ANY issue makes it not worth the risk. On multiple of my bookings I wasn’t provided a code for my room entry, despite completing the check in - which requires copies of your drivers license and facial recognition to complete. The first problem I noticed is why do I need to complete this multiple times if I provided it once? Regardless it was three plus hours later after the already late check in time they offer of 4 pm that finally got a code. The last go around and what will be my last attempt at any KASA property and I hope dissuades you from booking at one - they asked for three different valid credit cards. I booked through a third party and when I said since you can’t provide confirmation of payment, I want to cancel. They told me to call the third party to cancel. The third party didn’t have any issues nor has anyone else ever with my methods of payment. 33 minutes on hold to talk to KASA to get no where. Countless texts and a complete waste of my Sunday morning, scrambling to find alternative arrangements because the tech here and support sucks. The juice here is certainly not worth the squeeze.

The room was VERY clean and very nice. We will definitely be booking again when we come back. Our view out the window of our room was stunning! We loved hearing the clock chimes. Very relaxing and accommodating. Very convenient and walking distance to just about everything. The only time we had to drive was to go over to Fort Jackson and Tybee Island
