Super cute hotel and good food but if you are looking to relax by the beautiful pool forget about it. The “members’ bring all their kids and you might as well be at a Disney resort with all the screaming and French fries left all over the place. So disappointed. Will not be back. Other couples are complaining as well. Not what you think you are signing up for here. Too bad.

Our party were put on different floors, expensive restaurant next door. Dark room, noisy next to road. We paid handsomely for breakfast to be included only to find we were only allowed a choice of two tired pastries. Everything else was extra. Coffee in an industrial sized urn was empty. Asked for cappuccino, charged me 7 dollars 50 cents in addition. Underwhelming, still waiting for someone to fix the broken safe.

Beautiful atrium to hang out with friends! We enjoyed our a few drinks with friends after dinner. The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing. They had a talent for knowing when we needed another round of drinks! Loved the atmosphere and hope to experience their hotel on my next trip!

This was so disappointing! The hotel is so lovely but the pool area had so many children, it was like a public pool. There were literally more small children than adults, and there was nowhere to escape the screaming and splashing. Our room was large and beautifully decorated but lacked storage of any kind. There isn't a single drawer in the room to unpack your things.

I wasn't going to write a review publicly, but management never responded to our concerns so I decided to share them here. The hotel is in a great location right next to Forsyth Park and has a beautiful pool and courtyard area. Lobby is small, but inviting and cute. The rooms were nicely appointed and large. Service at the pool was really great (especially from a tall blonde woman with a sweet Southern accent and who had just recently started. I unfortunately forget her name, but she was fantastic). They had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids and the staff at the hotel were always very friendly to our kids. However, here is what was not good and why this hotel is not to be considered "luxury." All of these things on their own would be minor, but as things kept happening throughout our stay, it all adds up: -Upon checking in at 4PM, we were told our room was not ready. We were directed by reception to the poolside bar for complimentary drinks and ice cream for the kids, which was a nice touch. (We actually ended up being charged for the drinks anyway on our hotel folio...not a nice touch). After waiting 45 minutues, I followed back up with the reception desk and was told the room would be ready shortly and that an amenity would be waiting for us. After finally getting to our room (at least an hour wait), there was no amenity. -After checking into our room, our luggage was not delivered by the bell staff and I had to go back downstairs to follow up for our luggage delivery. There seemed to be lack of communication like this throughout our whole stay. -Our kids were told that they would receive milk and cookies the first night, but the milk and cookies were never delivered. Not a big deal, but if you're not going to do it, don't tell someone (especially kids) that you are. -After checking the mini bar, I noticed that one bottle of wine was half drunk and several beers were missing. I notified the front desk, but the beverage fridge was never refilled during our stay. Why would you not refresh it when the customer told you there was a half drunk bottle of wine? Probably because they never told housekeeping (lack of communication). -Our first morning my wife and three other women were directed by the front desk to the ballroom for yoga, only to realize they were told the incorrect location and nearly missed the class. (lack of communication) -The last evening, housekeeping did not replenish our coffee for our morning coffee and our used coffee cups remained in the room. They did turn down service, but didn't actually clean the room. The housekeepers were very friendly, but they seemed understaffed. -The carpet in the lobby outside the elevator was extrememly sandy for the entirety of our stay. I understand it can get dirty, but it was not vacuumed for at least 2 days. -Upon checking out, I requested the front desk to email me my folio, but didn't receive it until calling and sending multiple emails. We sent all of these concerns along with a request for adjustments to Andrew Ferraro, Director of Front Office. He did adjust our bill, but literally IGNORED everything else. No apology for our bad experience, nothing - it was not even adressed! Honestly, this lack of accountabilty didn't surprise me based on the customer service we experienced at the hotel. Location and property are great, but they REALLY need to work on their customer service if they want to call themselves luxury. It's all in the service and attention to detail - this was not it.
