Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rome

Newer facility lots of free parking. Easy check in treated to an upgrade room it was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was not heated so I could not use that small workout room. Nice lobby bar for a nightcap. Outdoor seating area with fireplace. Typical breakfast in the morning scrambled eggs chicken sausage.

Nice place to stay! Easy to get into, quiet place, lobby nice and clean, room was clean, bed comfy! Staff was great. Price was decent, Breakfast was OK, if we are in the area again we will book this place again!

Beautiful, newly built hotel connected to Berry College Tennis Center. Very comfortable and clean, friendly staff. Three miles from Broad Street in Rome. Their free breakfast was fair. Easy, free parking.

We stayed here last weekend and encountered David on our first evening. What a great employee he is! David went above and beyond for everyone staying at the hotel last weekend - most especially during breakfast with his “bagel toppers” - he also fixed the pool and had it open by Friday morning. Many thanks to David for all of the small and large things he did last weekend! His hard work did not go unnoticed by our group. We will definitely stay here again!!

Best Fairfield Inn at which I have stayed to date and as a Lifetime Titanium member, I have stayed at a LOT of Marriott properties and Fairfield Inns in particular. This place is new and its cleanliness and modern feel will attest to that. The staff is very nice and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and assist you in whatever need you might have. Unlike most hotel properties currently, there staff is actually present and accessible. If you are looking for hotel-type lodging in Rome, GA, look no further. The breakfast was GREAT. A cut above what you normally find at Fairfield Inns. It is also refilled and warm. They have a great back porch area where you can sit by a fireplace in cooler months or listen to the birds during the warmer ones. They have a bar and it serves food. The only thing I would tweak is to offer more food items, particularly microwaveable meal types, in their marketplace pantry. If you come in late at night and aren't interested in sweets, there's nothing there to eat. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. I look forward to an eventual return.
