Phillip and the management team has always taken good care of me with many visits. They have always been attentive to an issues that arise and make it easy for me to check in with the mobile app. Rooms are always prepared and ready. I have stayed here most weeks in last 3 months.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. We arrived to check in around 10 PM on a Sunday night, we waited 20 minutes at the desk with no employees in sight, I decided to call the hotel and finally a gentleman came to help us. When we got into our room everything appeared clean but there was a horrible odor. In the morning we went down to breakfast at 8:10 AM only to find that there was no more hot breakfast, the woman from the kitchen said she ran out of eggs and bacon so she brought out some COLD croissant sandwiches.

This place is disgusting. Just needed to be out of our house for a couple of days due to some construction work we were having done. I don’t know who gave this place 4 stars, but i give it 1. Our room smells like cigarette smoke (yes, it’s a non-smoking hotel), bathroom drawers broken, stains in carpet. i’m actually afraid to get in bad…no telling what these sheets actually look like. There are 3 of us - one bedroom suite…there were 2 towels in the room. I went to the desk to ask for some and i’m pretty sure the guest attendant went in the back and grabbed some out of a dirty hamper…they weren’t even folded. This is the worst. Also, there’s a coffee maker, but no coffee pot. 🤷♀️ One more thing….i guess we only get one square of toilet paper per bathroom trip cause there’s only have a roll in the room.

I’ve been staying at the Residence Inn Atlanta at Peachtree Corners for 10 days, with 3 weeks remaining, and I’m extremely disappointed. The hotel had no power on my first night, and the staff showed no empathy or effort to assist. My room had broken furniture and stained carpets, and even after switching rooms, issues persisted. Housekeeping is subpar, and a promised laundry service was delayed. On top of that, my personal card was wrongly charged, and despite multiple follow-ups, it hasn’t been refunded. Overall, this stay falls far below Marriott standards, and I won't be returning.

Probably one of the most mediocre Marriott Properties I've ever stayed at. Not up to standards. Old, dingy and in need of repair. Some refresh going on in breakfast area causing breakfast to be served in a smaller meeting room. Old irons and ironing boards. One caught fire when my wife plugged it in. Smelly elevators and hallways. Probably worst thing was the room I got had a shower door completely gone - broken out with shards of glass still attached to the frame and the management here was clueless. Yes - they offered to move us and my wife refused to pack up all our stuff and move but still if the management and housekeeping was on their game they would have known about this major issue and not assigned us to this room. The only bright spot was the ladies who run the breakfast room. They really seemed to care and take pride in their work. The other people running this hotel are just "marking time". Not ever going to stay here again.
