Great service, a must stop, great breakfast and wonderful snack and drinks. Had a small issue that was resolved quickly and given an upgrade without asking. Now that is outstanding service, comfy bed, which was really needed after a long day of travel

Spent the night here on Wednesday before catching an early morning flight out of ATL. Hotel is under renovation, which was NOT disclosed or even mentioned when I contacted to reserve the 2 rooms. While some renovations were good, others were very sloppy (like painting of focus wall with paint all over brick wall beside it). Main elevator was out of order, leaving only 1 elevator at far end of building. NO signage nor info in rooms as to where vending/ice machines were located. Ice machines have been removed from all but 2 floors out of 7. Again, had ice bucket and cups in rooms, but had to call front desk at 10:00 pm to ask where ice machine was ā I was told āgo to 6th floor.ā Had to walk nearly full length of hallway to find the machine due to no signage. Then the NOISE! Hotel is DIRECTLY beside I-75 and there is NO sound blocker on windows or walls. My wife and I barely could sleep any due to constant sound of truck traffic as if the interstate went right thru our room. Other complaint was that $50 was ADDED to my quoted cost of rooms, but was NOT told that prior. I had to ASK the desk clerk why I was being charged $213 for a $163 room! Was told they charge you for potential damage to your room, but will return that to my card 5-7 business days AFTER a check out! I Unheard of in hotel industry!!! So DRURY is tying up $100 of my money (2 rooms) for nearly 2 weeks????? This hotel in its present condition was not even worth $163 per room ā more like MAYBE $115 ā but then you take MY money and keep it for nearly 2 weeks! I am DONE with Drury! They USED to be great, but this hotel experience was very poor!

Terribly outdated; evening meal and breakfast were very good; staff very friendly and helpful. Too bad Drury Inn corp has not upgraded/updated this property Staff was helpful, but hotel was unfortunately understaffed. Ample free parking with easy access to major highways.

First time guest here ⦠very convenient location, just minutes off the I-75 Friendly staff⦠buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal included⦠as well as wine, beer and mixed drinks ( that was a surprise ) We were in a suite⦠very clean No bathtubs Some might find the rooms very noisy from traffic on the I-75ā¦. Also the building is undergoing some renovations. We had a problem with one of the TVās in our suite. The manager immediately significantly reduced the price of our room.

December 2024 Thank you for the notification regarding the renovations and your offered assistance during our stay at your hotel, We normally stay at this hotel on our trip south each year and upon returning north in April, Our stay in this instance was far from satisfactory, we checked in On Dec 28 around 3:30PM our room was not ready (3pm check-in)so we were given another room (402) just below the renovations, not a problem they finish around 5pm, however this room is adjacent to I75, the sound of the highway overnight was actually bad , no sleep at all, then as you know the power went off on this side of the hotel around 6am just when we were getting ready, meaning no lights/Shower/Breakfast/elevator, we had to carry all our luggage down the staircase to the car, I do not believe we left anything behind as it was dark. Even with the power outage The Drury Inns charged my credit card the full amount for the stay, oh dear. Our stay this time was not satisfactory as in many other visits. It would be nice if you offered us a refund/credit for this stay. Most disturbing of all I sent this email to the GM Alexandra Silva twice and she has not replied. Additionally my husband called the GM twice and left a voicemail for her with our phone number and still Alexandra did not reply. I noticed the GM does reply on Trip advisor so I am hopeful you will reply to us. You have our email and phone number. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards,
