This is an outstanding hotel as the staff really makes the difference. Zaid, Vanessa and the entire staff are always so helpful. The rooms are very clean. I have stayed at this property for several years and I highly recommend it. The shower pressure is really good also.

While I've stayed in much nicer hotels. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel with that much personality in my life. Breakfast was always ready on time if not a few minutes early. This place was extremely easy to check in, the rooms where very nice and clean. But the part that stands out the most to me was the staff. They absolutely made the hotel what it is. I would say, "stay with in this hotel, just because of the staff!" I had an opportunity to meet Zaid, Venessa and Peter. I wouldn't have changed these three for anything. They are very professional and genuinely want to help you. Zaid and Peter were the ones that brought a new remote to my room, then showed me where the old remote was located. Did I mention they are very forgiving too. Venessa is the one with the answers. If you need something and they don't have, she knows where to get it. I'm telling you, these three, made the whole trip and hotel worth it. Zaid and Peter get it done. No matter what you need. They are there to help and they let you know. 2 star hotel at best. The beds were clean. Everything else was dirty. Continental breakfast was a joke. Actually a shady area right next to an even more shady hotel across the parking lot. We arrived slightly scared to get out of our vehicle as there were random guys standing around the parking lot and high. Smelled like straight up sewage as we got out of our vehicle and was just as bad in the morning. Everything looked sad. I guess if you want a cheap place to stay it would work. But I won't stay here again.

This property is in the process of being renovated, Iām guessing. The exterior looks nice, all freshly painted with modern colors. Inside is still pretty dated, carpeting, etc. The room had everything we needed, it was just the condition of everything. Scratched up sink and tub, older carpeting, mattress and linens. We did have a pet that we paid $30 extra for, so maybe thatās why we got the room we did. I could smell ādogā upon entering the room. Didnāt seem clean. The main overall thing that made us uncomfortable was the young people loitering in the parking lot throughout the evening. Oh, the sensor lock on the side door we were to enter through was all busted up like someone bashed it trying to get in. Also, ice maker was out of order, and the one on second floor empty. Iām not sure weāll stay there again, but the location was convenient.

Had room 111. While the bed was comfortable, the room could use some looking after. There is also a sign on the desk saying that you will not receive daily cleaning due to staffing. Also, the parking lot could use a good cleaning. There's trash everywhere. The persons behind the counter seem like they're bothered by anyone checking in. The best thing about the hotel is its behind a Cracker Barrel which was great for breakfast.
