Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest

Rude front desk worker. I came with a large group with over 20 rooms we were never told we had to pay for parking. Most of the tvs didn’t work. No pool access which wasn’t disclosed. My original room door didn’t look they gave me a hard time about changing my room. I expected more.

Customer service was exceptional Breakfast was good- nice staff Great bar and bartender Room size and amenities phenomenal Clean room/clean hotel in general Hallways and rooms looked old and in need of some love. Overall good location and staff

The staff was great, but the interior was showing its age. When you think Hyatt Regency, you think luxury. For the money, I got what I paid for. The suite was huge with a bar, a living room and a bedroom. It was a great deal for $126/night. Just showing it's age.

Room was clean and very spacious. Great price for a last minute book. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel if you don't want to eat at the hotel. It was very convenient. I was able to check in earlier as well. Reception was very helpful and had great customer service.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and while the room itself was very very spacious and clean, a few key issues made my stay less enjoyable. The WiFi was outdated and unprotected, which meant I couldn’t use my laptop or get any work done as planned. If I had booked a longer stay, I likely would have switched hotels. The TV was also disappointing—it was a large screen but not a smart TV, with only about 10 local channels and no streaming options. Since I couldn’t log onto the internet, I was left with very limited entertainment choices. The staff was helpful, but the interactions felt more transactional than welcoming. They weren’t rude, just not particularly warm. Overall, while the spacious and clean room was a big plus, the lack of modern amenities and impersonal service made the experience underwhelming. If reliable internet and updated entertainment options are important to you, this may not be the best choice.
