Not all bad but several negatives this trip. Advertised as having EV charging but only 1 of of 4 work. When reported they say management is aware. Bathroom sink was clogged. Had about 10” of nasty goop that had to be cleared out. Bed was a little too stiff for my taste. Staff was friendly however

Minimal and not up to Hilton standards. Feels like false advertising. Understaffed, furniture with peeling fabric, food service like McDonalds. No blanket in the room. Cheap toilet paper. Decaf pods for room Keurig. No desk drawers. No one can come to the room to bring things, we have to go down.

I was really disappointed by my recent experience at the front desk. As a Diamond member, I’ve come to expect a certain level of service, but Jada’s refusal to offer me a bottle of water felt unwelcoming and dismissive. Her approach was rude and left me feeling frustrated. It’s becoming clear why there are so many negative reviews about some of the staff here. However, I want to acknowledge Monique, who always goes above and beyond with a friendly, professional attitude. She’s a real asset to the team and one of the reasons I’ve returned in the past. It’s unfortunate that not all team members share her commitment to excellent customer service.

Nice and clean hotel. Went to Braves Game. Close to the Stadium but not real close. Other side of 75. May stay again next year! Wish they had a shuttle to the game. Desk staff were very helpful! Helped me with directions! Been here many times and it is very nice but in an odd location.

It was not made clear to us that we were being charged$75 for a pet fee at check in I was led to understand a $100 contingency was being charged. We were shocked when our total charges were nearly $300 for an average room. We will not be staying again.
