Best Western Atlanta Marietta Ballpark Hotel

Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark is in a great location. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast but since I had to be at my meeting at 6am I was unable to try it.

Surprised at how nice this hotel was. Seems renovated with great room and comfort. Gym, pool, breakfast. Free parking. Free 24hour coffee. Had a minor problem with housekeeping which front desk resolved well. Price was very good. Location was right off interstate.

Older hotel, but the rooms have been updated. Easy on and off to the freeway. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is what you would expect from this price point. Bed was comfortable. HVAC worked great.

The hotel's rooms are clean and comfortable. If I were to complain about anything it be the un-readable digital alarm clock, and the noisy bathroom exhaust fan - both minor points in my book. The breakfast LOOKED very good, but I had to hit the road before it's official start time of 6AM. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, that's close to I-75.

Awful experience at check in! The hotel staff at the desk informed me that they had cancelled my room reservation that was placed online. They never called me, emailed or texted me to alert me to the fact that they had done this. What kind of hotel operates this way?? Well, I found it after all these years. The desk was very rude and totally unapologetic.
