Best Western Inn & Suites of Macon

The pillows did seemed to be well used but I seemed to sleep OK on them. The waffle iron needs to be replaced. Other than that everything seemed to OK. I would come back the next time in the area. I use Best Western when ever I travel and am a member. Since this was a free room I can't really complaine about anything. It was up the the standers of Best Western which are always good.

Could not get my room cleaned or supplies without going to front desk to request towels and coffee when I stayed 20+ days. Due to working hours I left each morning before breakfast was served yet asking for coffee packets for my room coffee maker was too much. I had to go to desk to get clean towels almost daily.

Desk clerk on arrival was friendly and welcoming. She gave us a dinner suggestion which was a very good Mexican restaurant. Rooms open to outside and highway traffic is close. Our circulating air fan drowned out the traffic noise. Breakfast was ample and well stocked. Easy highway access.

First time in over twenty years I've stayed at Best Western again and Will never stay at another one. Only went there because we were having problems trying to find a hotel traveling south for thanksgiving with our pet. You can only stay in the rooms that are pet friendly rooms and if you have a pet in any other room that is not pet friendly it's a 250 dollar fine. The lounge chair was stained with something so we didn't use it and one of the queen bed sheets had blood stain on it so we didn't use it either. Very dirty room lounge chair should be thrown away. Breakfast was cold.

This place is a motel and not a hotel. I picked this hotel explicitly for the jacuzzi and it was just like warm and that was a bummer being that it is feature prominently on the webpage. The room was clean and fine for one night, but the motel is right off a major highway so it is not quiet.
