Aloft Lawrenceville Sugarloaf

This was our first time at the ALOFT. The hotel room was clean and updated and I enjoyed the cute decor in the lobby. I appreciated Darius' excellent Customer Service! The drinks were delicious and the plinko game at check in was fun. We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival I was greated by front of house Brenda who was friendly and informative about the hotel and the duration of my stay. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I arrived at my hotel, the pictures for me didn't do it justice. It was even better in person. ALOFT lawrenceville was a clean, meet all your needs hotel with gym swimming pool and laundry services avaliable. I stayed for ten days and didnt have a single complaint whislt i was there. All staff were friendly, accomodating, helpful and Komal went above and beyond for me when I had an issue with my barking service. She called taxi services and was able to order me an uber as I didnt have access to any of my account or money due to my bank having techincal difficulties. I was stressed but Momal made that situation alittle less stressful by acting promptly to my need of needing to get to my event pronto - thank you Komal. My room was spacious, with lovely room decor, spacious rooms and high ceilings, clean, big walk in shower. Cleaned well and towels changed every day whilst i stayed. comfortable bed, and nice fluffy pillows. great temperature of the room. I could adjust to my liking. Locally there are some walkable places to eat and even with an Uber ypu can get to many other places to enjoy yourself. There is a local shopping mall within minutes walk which has some fún activities such as cinema, arcade, Tag and some other games. I would recommended - this place does allow pets, which generally is not something i would usually choose but this place was worhr it in my opinion. During my time i only heard a dog barking twice and I could never hear any noise from other people's rooms. It was a peaceful stay. Many thanks team, keep up the great work

The Aloft in Lawrenceville was a nice hotel in the "budget" tier of hotels (Tru by Hilton, Aloft, Avid by IHG, etc... The staff was nice. Accommodations and decor were nice. My rating of 3 is mainly a result of the paper thin walls. Also, when compared to the Tru next door, the Tru felt cleaner and more of a complete hotel. Pros: Location. The hotel is in the shadows of the Sugarloaf Mall. Great proximity to restaurants, transportation, activities, and I85. Cons: The walls are paper thin. Without exaggeration, I sneezed while in the bathroom area, and someone in the hallway said bless you. You can hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The room I stayed in was lacking a desk area.

I am staying at the Aloft hotel with my family and Mrs Taylor has been very nice to us. She always asks if we need any assistance. She always wear a smile on her face and that brightens my day. I wish some of the other employees smile like Mrs Taylor. Thank you Mrs Taylor ☺️ ☺️

While we were waiting for our house to be ready, we decided to book a hotel. We came across the Aloft Hotel in Lawrenceville and decided to stay there for a few weeks. Ms. Komal was incredibly nice to us; she was very professional and always had a sweet smile on her face. She made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Aloft Hotel.
