Quality Inn Lagrange East I 85

I had a nice stay at this Quality Inn. The lady at the desk was wonderful and welcoming and the room was nice. I'd have given 5 stars but the bathroom floor was dirty and there was trash strewn around the parking lot. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean, TV and internet worked fine, shower was nice and hot with good water pressure, breakfast was continental and coffee was very good.

Pluses: The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower very nice. Negatives: The breakfast was minimal. Limited choices and difficult to find enough protein. All cold except for a toaster for the plain bagels and amazing to make very small pancakes. The establishment was okay, but nothing to brag about. Therefore a 3.

We reserved 2 months in advance and asked for quiet room. When we checked in before concert our room was facing highway so we requested to move to room away from road noise. We were told no. When we got to room we noted water on floor in bathroom. We "assumed" mop water and threw a towel on it before leaving for concert. At 11 pm we returned and noted water remained. We redried floor and after flushing toilet, noted increased water. This was so gross we stayed out of bathroom as much as possible and complained when we checked out. Door had poor fit and lock felt iffy. Breakfast was pancakes, yogurt, muffins, and cereal.

We have stayed overnight here twice, once July 2020 then again October 2020. Each stay we were assigned the same room, which kind of makes the experience more comfortable. Our assigned room has a microwave with a large hole in it. Thankfully we didn't need to use it either stay. Rooms are pretty beat up but the price and location have been right for us twice. Check in/out is easy and rooms have exterior entrances.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The bathroom door would not stay closed. The shower didn't work and there was no tub stopper. And all they did was offer to refund $20 back to my card. I do NOT recommend this hotel. Not for the price.
