Donāt let the best western exterior scare you away. This compares to any newly remodeled Fairfield or Springhill. The front desk staff were friendly. The room is clean and fairly updated. Only downside is the walls are a bit thin and you have to listen to the neighbors TV all night. They didnāt recognize my MBV status and offer rewards/upgrade or know about late checkout. Other than that, itās a good deal for the money.

The service was great and the location was close to the Medieval Dinner Time Theater. The room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was good and hit the spot. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend staying at this hotel. Price was reasonable

This was a great place. Very near the arena were we went to a concert. Very nice people and great service. Really enjoyed our stay. Only complaints are no coffee maker in the room and the coffee at breakfast was terrible. We will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Place has been recently renovated and it's very nice. Stayed for one night to attend a concert near by. They are also pet friendly and don't charge ridiculous amounts for you to bring yours...I'll be staying here again.

Pros: Easy access from highway. Ample parking. Clean, well lit entrance. Warm welcome upon entry. Clean room. Lots of pillow options. Large shower towels. Large TV. Quiet hallways. Cons: pancakes instead of waffles. Oatmeal was a watery soup.
