Travelodge by Wyndham Cordele

This place needs a gut job. It is not really up to date. Think 1950! There is mold and rust in the bathroom. The scent of Asian Indian Spray is overwhelming upon opening the door. The price was the best part of this. Other places were full and we needed sleep.

I've stayed at Travelodge in Cordele a few times while visiting family. It doesn't look great on the outside (same as most others in the area). Looks are deceiving in this case. Travelodge is clean and comfortable. When we visited in July 2023 there were a few more workers staying there than before, but that was not an issue for us. There weren't a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. I felt like we and our vehicle would be safe. The owner, staff and housekeepers do an excellent job. They are affordable and don't have an exorbitant pet fee. The only bad thing about this visit was a child pulling a fire alarm loud enough in the room to wake the dead. This was not the fault of the motel, but I guarantee if there is a fire, you will know it. It is also very convenient to Walmart and a ton of restaurants.

Worst stay ever in my life I want my money back this room caused me and my son to get ringworm and infection I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. My room was never cleaned the three days I stayed. My phone number is 229-894-7911 refund my money. How could you all take peoples money and give them filthy rooms. I will never go here again this place needs to be shut down

Been making the trip south for over 20 years. Have stayed at various motels. This was the worst we have every been to. .....stay away. Stained carpets, towels, sheets, TV did not work....it goes on. Will Never return.

Have stayed at this property on and off for one weekend a year for decades to a weekend BBQ Contest getaway in Vienna, one town north off I75. If your by yourself or with another person and you looking for a cheap room for a short stay, it will do. No place to bring a GF or Wife unless your thinking about separating or divorce. Needs a major renovation and do over. Convenient location, lots of Restaurants and close to I 75. You get what you pay for.
