In my years of travel I have been to some of the worst motels and hotels in this country and abroad this hotel is on a different level it is very toxic very mold filled in our room the shower didn't work the refrigerator didn't work the microwave didn't work we ordered a non-smoking room yet still it reeks of smoke only thing these people that owned our contract this building cares about is money they're very hostile and I think they're stealing our identity and selling it I list a picture of individuals at the front desk and I think they're in some nefarious activities those hotels needs to be shut down and investigated, however that is not the case because they are never shut down and investigated at the appropriate time

Some of the worse hospitality you will ever experience in Georgia. The management are incredibly rude and hostile. I asked them to store luggage for an hour while I go rent a car and Dominic the manager told I could only leave my bags in a "risky" area in the front lobby. She and another employee basically threaten me to leave the area after I asked her what kind of hospitality is that. Her answer was I am letting you stand here now (at 8:00 am in the morning).

The service was great, but my room reeked of marijuana each time we entered and had Roaches in it. Clenaliness should be a prioity, but with summer ending it is hard to keep up with the rush of people booking so quickly.

Made a reservation through Expedia...fully paid in advance. The front desk called me at 6:15pm to confirm my reservation. I thanked them for the confirmation. When I arrived at 1am, the hotel had sold my room to someone else. They offered no assistance in finding me another room. They said they would not refund the room because I had arrived too late. HOW CAN YOU ARRIVE TOO LATE FOR A FULLY PRE-PAID ROOM? I called to complain the next day. The day manager was belligerent/rude and refused to let me speak to the owner. I called several days in a row. Was never connected with the owner.

Definitely NOT what they advertise. We travel a lot and stay at tons of places, this is one of the DIRTIEST places we have stayed in; however I am sure the roaches absolutely love it there. They came out during day and night time; left bathroom light on throughout night because of them. Definitely a good example of what a roach motel is! The shower has low water pressure, you cannot adjust the shower head, which had you all up against the wall in order to get water on you; not very comfortable. No mini refrigerator or microwave like they show on website, one key things we look for in rooms. Ended up buying a mini cooler. They say they are pet friendly but have “No Pets Allowed “ signs all around the property, which makes finding a place for your pet to go not very friendly. Whatever they advertise is NOT what you are going to get...no nice rooms, no fridge or microwave, no pool (not filled-doubt it ever is) and etc. Will not stay again!!
