Staff was very nice. We selected this hotel because of its location and reviews. However we asked the cleanning lady for additional towels and she did not leave any. The hotel itself needs updating. The window sills had mold and the rooms are very small.

Nice Hotel and the associates were very pleasant in greeting you, and the desk clerk, James, was so willing to help in anything you asked. He remembered everyone's name, and the Hotel was almost full. If I'm back in Columbus Ga I will be staying here.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Both James and Josh at front desk made us feel at home. And the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was better than we expected for a bargain-priced motel.

The Team at the counter was welcoming, espacially James. He was a really nice guy that gave me the feeling of coming home, even though i am from abroad, he was really welcoming. The roomservice did it's job good but the breakfast could be a bit more.

James at the front desk was AWESOME - very personable and welcoming, especially when he realized we were platinum members of Wyndham rewards. The rooms and breakfast were both much nicer than any other Microtel we've stayed at. If we're ever in Columbus, GA again, we'd definitely stay here!
